This 2-day course introduces you to the foundations of shamanism. Through the practice of the shamanic journey, you will traverse the hidden realms to connect with your spirit allies to receive guidance, support, and healing. Participants will encounter their spirit helpers in the lower, middle and upper worlds. We create a sacred circle in which discussion and questions are welcome. The class is limited in size so that there is room for sharing your experiences with journeying. Our intention is to give you the knowledge, support and experience of journeying so that you are comfortable and confident in journeying on your own after the workshop. Learn more

Participants staying on-site, as well as commuters, will be responsible for their own meals and snacks. A full kitchen will be available for all.
