The Shamanic Journey, Connecting with Spirit in the Lower and Middle Worlds We will gather on Friday at 5pm for a welcome blessing and a pot luck dinner. Saturday: 9:30am to 5pm Sunday: 9:30am to 4pm Topics covered: Review of Core shamanism and non-ordinary reality Lower world information Journey process Journey to LW to meet or re-connect with a power animal or other helping spirit Middle World Connecting with your helping spirit in the middle world Outside time for connecting Creating an intention to journey for guidance or healing Ceremony What to bring: An item or two for our altar (which will go home with you) Drum and/or rattle (optional, we have some to share) Balloons or any other items to support feeling the vibration of the drum Blanket for journeying Eye shade Journal/pen Outdoor clothing for the season All meals and snacks for the weekend Snack to share (optional) Indoor shoes/slippers All food that you will need for the weekend. There is a full kitchen for all your meal preparation needs. Optional on-site lodging is available at additional cost.
