This course introduces you to the foundations of shamanism. Through the practice of the shamanic journey, you will travel to the hidden realms to connect with your spirit allies to receive guidance, support, and healing. Participants will encounter their spirit helpers in the lower, middle and upper worlds. Our intention is to support each participant so that you are comfortable journeying on your own after the workshop. Learn more 
This class meets via Zoom and class size is limited in order to create a sacred circle wth discussions and time for you to share your experiences with the practice of journeying.
Participation in all 3 meetings is required.
