All my work is guided by my team of Spirit allies who reside in the hidden realms of the divine. They work alongside the Spirit team of individuals who seek healing and guidance, the Spirit team of every student and the team every participant in any of the ceremonies I lead.

I am a Shamanic healer and teacher, a Reiki Master Teacher, a spiritual consultant & mentor, and student of the healing arts. I have worked with clients and students on five continents over the past ten years.

Shamanism is often associated with soul retrieval, the return of soul essences.

The soul is our vital life force, the seat of emotions and feelings, the spiritual part of our being. Traumas, challenges, and periods of insecurity in our lives can lead us to a sense of not feeling whole. Parts of our soul, essences of our soul, can “leave us” or shut down. This may be experienced as a feeling of emptiness, apathy, loss of a sense of meaning or purpose, anxiety, or physical ailments. The ancient spiritual path of shamanism has practices that can support the return of soul essences and life force energy when soul loss has occurred. Ultimately, we can become more of our authentic self and all our hearts to open wider and deeper to awaken our connection to spirit.

While we cannot choose our healings from a menu in shamanism, this is an invitation to have a healing session or several to see what healing can make way for the safe return of any soul essences waiting to return.

These series of healing, personal growth and transformation are for those who are committed to investing the time and energy into a focused series of sessions within a fixed period of time.
The reason for adding the element of time is to create a container that allows for you to continue moving forward without loosing traction or slipping back into old ways. We reconnect to reinforce and continue the integration of the healings and growth so they are not diminished or 'lost'. And the series continues as we are guided. We travel this path together well supported and held by the spirit realms.

Our team consists of your helping spirits and power animals who reside in the divine hidden realms alongside my community of spirit allies. Their guidance for the sequence of the series will merge with your intentions for the greatest outcomes.Part of the series includes daily practices that may change or expand throughout our time together. We will hone in on ways to continue integrating the healings and changes within.

Explore the series options and see which is the perfect fit for you at this time. These series can take place in-person or over Zoom. All sessions are 90 minutes and include an audio recording for you to download and keep for future reference.

This mini series is a beautiful way to gently begin an initial look inward; becoming familiar with what healing and steps are exactly what your team of spirit allies are calling you to at this time.

Clearing your energy systems is included in each session.

Time will be dedicated to sharing learning ways to support and integrate the big work you are committing to.

This is a series of 3 sessions that is set within a maximum time frame of 9 weeks.

This series can take place in-person or over Zoom. All sessions are 90 minutes and include an audio recording for you to download and keep for future reference.

This series is offered for $450, a savings of $45 over the regular session price.

The five session series is contained within a period of 13 weeks with a minimum of 7 days between sessions.

There is a wider of expansion of ways to work independently to integrate and practice a new way of being. All is still lead by Spirit and invited to unfold in divine timing.

This series covers everything incorporated into the mini series and more. If you know how to engage in the shamanic journey, you will do this at least once. If not, you will engage in a guided meditation created just for you.

This series can take place in-person or over Zoom. All sessions are 90 minutes and include an audio recording for you to download and keep for future reference.

Offering this series for $725, at a savings of $100.

The deep dive is a series of 7 sessions within a 18 week time frame. We meet together once every 2 to 3 weeks; there may be times Spirit calls us to make the next session sooner than 2 weeks to really get in deep and keep the momentum moving. This would be an exception to the recommended time frame.

Truly, during this time together with Spirit, you will flourish in ways beyond your imagination. A new working relationship with self, nature and the divine will serve you well as you continue your journey.

This series incorporates all that is included in the mini and 5 session series and more.

This series includes learning the blessings of living through intention, creating ceremony and altars to support what aspects of your life you are focusing on.

This series can take place in-person or over Zoom. All sessions are 90 minutes and include an audio recording for you to download and keep for future reference.

This individualized program is $999, this essentially gives you the last session free.

Reiki is a natural healing method that can support people return to balance physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually through universal life force energy. An attunement to reiki energy opens a person up to be a perfect channel for the healing energy to flow through them. This enables one to share and bestow this energy on themselves and to any living thing in person or remotely. Reiki has no contraindications.

Reiki is particularly noted for decreasing stress, anxiety and pain levels.

Reiki also complements and works in conjunction with other natural healing modalities, western medicine or mental health practices.

I am a Reiki Master of Master who has been practicing and teaching for 10 years in the Usui Shiki Ryoho System of Natural Healing.

An attunement to Reiki One includes a history of Usui Reiki, hand positions for healing oneself and others, and some general applications in your daily life. As a bonus, you will learn about energy systems and how to clear them and how to create sacred space. Reiki I attunement tuition: $185.00

An attunement to Reiki II greatly increases the flow of the vitality rich reiki energy through the addition of sacred chants and symbols. This class also enables you to practice remotely.

Reiki II certification qualifies you to open a practice and is a lovely, highly beneficial addition to massage, acupressure, yoga healing modalities and more!

This is usually the minimum certification requirement to volunteer in hospitals, hospice and nursing homes. Reiki II attunement tuition is $300.00

Reiki Master level really opens you up to an even deeper level. It is truly magnificent how much it magnifies the Reiki energy and hence, heals you at even deeper levels as you share this gift.

Master level attunement as enables you to attune to level I Reiki.

It is required to practice level II Reiki for a minimum of one year in accordance with Usui Reiki tradition.

A mentorship is not constrained by time limits & frequency of meeting, however, a minimum of four times a year is recommended.
